Transformational Leaders are visionaries and trailblazers with big ideas, they are following a heartfelt calling that is intended make positive change on a significant scale. Sometimes they know what the calling is, but often times they are trying to put the pieces to the puzzle together. Transformational Leaders are the people who change the world by inspiring others to adopt a vision and hope for a better future.
The Journey
The path to becoming a transformational leader is a journey. This course takes you on that journey, starting with self-awareness—understanding who you are and what is your calling. Once we established a firm foundation in self, you will learn how to communicate passionately and authentically when sharing your calling—storytelling is an essential skill.
Next, you will then learn how to effectively build critical thinking and creative skills among your team to solve complex challenges. Finally, we end with methods and techniques to care for your team, supporting them through their personal and professional development.
The Exploration
Transformational leaders know how to communicate effectively and influence their team through change. To get the most out of this course, you must be willing to explore all facets of the program, experiment with new ideas, and remain curious about human behavior—how to make deeper and quicker connections with your teams and allies. On this journey, you are encouraged to be vulnerable by sharing your thoughts, embracing new insights about people and circumstances, and challenging negative self-talk that can make you apprehensive about taking action.
